Signed For 48 -72 Hour is a fast, safe and secure way of ensuring delivery within a few days. For safety and accountability, a signature may be required upon delivery. This covers all of the UK and Northern Ireland. We also include Southern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and any other islands off the mainland which are part of the UK. 

Super Next Day guarantees the arrival of your purchase before 1PM the following day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays, provided you purchase Mon-Fri). This service requires a signature on arrival. It covers all of the UK and Northern Ireland but doesn't cover Southern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands off the mainland (Please contact us if you need this for the next day and we will accommodate your order.) We offer this as an option at the checkout and can process it on any orders ordered before 1pm. After that, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive the next day. We will not refund this postage cost if it is selected after 1pm and has failed to arrive the next day.

International Shipping can take anywhere between 10-16 days. This very much depends on your postal provider and how efficient their mail system is. This costs £8.00 (approx $12 USD) and may require a signature and/or customs paperwork to be filled out or amended prior to collection/delivery. You may incur taxes and charges on top of your purchase price - cranbery are not liable for these costs and it is the customers responsibility to check and/or pay for these, if they occur.

Returns and refunds
Relax. If you don't want it? Just return it, unused in the condition it arrived. In conjunction with the law we allow you to return an item if you simply change your mind. You are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling, and refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods. (Though, we generally refund the day we receive the items) We take proof of postage as sufficient evidence of returning goods, so make sure the item is 'signed for or recorded' when arranging a return.

Returning faulty goods  
So, if your goods are faulty and don’t do what they're supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same rights under the Sale of Goods Act as you have when buying face to face. Return the item, and we will refund you the total purchase cost plus delivery when you initially checked out with us. Please contact us for this to be arranged.
